Payment

Payments must be received in full prior to shipping of the order. The Business reserves the right to vary payment terms or conditions.

Pre Orders

Pre orders need to be payed for prior to item being sent.
Customers must utilise “Cheque / Money Order / Direct Deposit” payment option when completing a
pre order if they do wish to be charged until the item arrives. This will ensure that customers are not charged until the order is ready for shipping.

KT COLLECTABLES will contact customers regarding payment when preordered merchandise arrives.
If for some reason the item is unavailable for shipping you will receive a refund.

Shipping times also vary and can be changed at any time.
